Welcome to the Raleigh-Wake Composite Squadron!

The Raleigh-Wake Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) is made up of 118 dedicated volunteers who support our three congressionally-chartered missions:

AEROSPACE EDUCATION
EMERGENCY SERVICES • CADET PROGRAMS


We are headquartered at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) with its offices in General Aviation Terminal, and currently operates multiple Cessna aircraft, including:

• C-172 (G1000)
• C-182 (G1000; steam gauge)
• C-206 (G500)


The Raleigh-Wake Composite squadron is one of the most active units in the state and regularly works with other squadrons, the North Carolina Wing, and the national CAP organization in order to carry out its missions.

Senior Members meet on first and third Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM at the RDU/GA Terminal, while Cadets meet every Tuesday at 6:30 PM at the NC National Guard.
